感恩的心

在所有西方的节日中,我最喜欢的有两个:一个是万圣节,一个是感恩节,一个让我们释放内心中的疯狂和童真,一个让我们放开内心中的埋怨和不安。

积极心理学的教授建议每晚入睡前写下当天感恩的事情,无论大小,都记下来,能够帮助自己增强幸福感。确实,就算每天你可能会碰上一些让你烦躁不适的小事,但是值得感恩的事情远远多过那些小细碎。日子琐碎平淡地过着,而幸福却时时刻刻浸润在这些琐碎的点滴中,于我而言,值得感恩的事情真是太多太多:

“I am so grateful for having a healthy body;
我感恩拥有健康的身体;

I am so grateful for having healthy and happy family members, having a close relationship with my sisters, and having close relations with family members from John’s side;
我感恩我的家庭成员也都健康快乐,我感恩和姐姐们关系亲密,并且和先生的家庭成员关系亲近;

I am so grateful for having a wonderful & almost perfect husband and lover, and that we have tried our best to understand and support each other;
我感恩我有一个特别好近乎完美的丈夫和爱人,而且我们彼此一直都在努力地理解和支持对方;

I am so grateful for having so many good friends who can be real friends for the whole life (some of them have accompanied me from my high school time); they are really caring friends and we have tried to keep in touch often with each other;
我感恩我有很多值得一辈子交往的好朋友,有些从中学时代就开始陪伴我成长,而且真正关心对方,并且一直努力保持不间断地联系;

I am so grateful for having so many opportunities to learn things;
我感恩有那么多机会去学习;

I am so grateful for being kind of flexible in finances and time, and being free to do anything I want to do;
我感恩我基本上财务自由,时间自由,可以自由地去做任何我想去做的事情;

I am so grateful for having been many places I hoped to go;
我感恩我曾经去过很多我想去的地方;

I am so grateful for having choices for my lifestyle;
我感恩我可以选择我的生活方式;

I am so grateful for getting more and more peaceful in my mind, and that I am still full of passionate and aspirations for my future;
我感恩我的心灵越来越平静,同时对未来还是充满激情和憧憬;

I am so grateful for every peaceful day and for living in a country without war or other disasters;
我感恩每一天都平静度过,自己生活在一个没有战乱和其他灾难的国家;

I am so grateful for each day’s clean and healthy food;
我感恩每一天得到的洁净健康的食物;

I am so grateful that most of the people I have met in my life so far are very nice;I am so grateful for the understanding when I am confused, the courage when I am depressed, and the support when I feel helpless.
我感恩到目前为止我碰到的大部分人都是好人;我感恩在困惑时的一声理解,在低落时的一句鼓励,在无助时的一点支持;

I am so grateful for those people and events that have caused misunderstanding, pain and confusion in my heart, which have helped me know myself better, learn to forget,forgiving,accept and improve;
我感恩曾经让我产生困惑,痛苦和误解的人和事,它们让我更好地反省和认识自己,让我学会遗忘,原谅,接受和改善;

In this year that has almost passed, I am so grateful for all the different experiences and feelings I have had, which have enriched my life and heart.
在这即将要过去的一年里,我感恩所有有过的不同的体验和感觉,他们丰富了我的生活和心灵。”

静静坐在洒满灿烂阳光的阳台上,回望和畅想如此多彩而变化的生活,怎能不满怀感恩的心,深深感谢上苍一切美好的恩赐!
